FREE Returns & Refunds

• We offer FREE RETURNS within 30 days of purchase from this site - except for customised rackets AND unstrung rackets which we string.

• We can offer an exchange or refund if the item:

  • is purchased from this site
  • is returned within 30 days
  • is in its original condition and packaging
  • you have proof of purchase
  • is not a customised racket or a racket we have strung for the order

Return Instructions:

1. Contact us at info@wilsonsports.co.nz or call us on 09 309 1278 for a free return courier label and Return Form. 
2. Please ensure the item is in its original new saleable condition, including packaging.
3. Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process. We suggest using a box and bubble wrap
4. Include a copy of the packing slip or proof of purchase (included with your shipment) We will not be able to process a return for any shipment received without a packing slip or proof of purchase.

• Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Wilson will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as the original payment.
• Refunds may take up to 10 days to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse.
• Items must be in as new condition and returned in their original packaging with tags attached or returned. When returning footwear, please do not attach postage labels directly on to your shoe box.
• Items purchased anywhere except nz.wilson.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.
• We don’t accept direct exchanges. Instead, we offer a return and re-order policy for purchases through our online store.
