Returns & Refunds

  • Items purchased at may be returned for up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless there has been a mistake with your order, and original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
  • You will be asked to return your product to our NZ partner.
  • Please note that custom product orders and strung racquets are final and cannot be returned.
  • Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Wilson will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as the original payment.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 days to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse.
  • Items must be in as new condition and returned in their original packaging with tags attached or returned. When returning footwear, please do not attach postage labels directly on to your shoe box.
  • Items purchased anywhere except must be returned to the original place of purchase.
  • We don’t accept direct exchanges. Instead, we offer a return and re-order policy for purchases through our online store.
