Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days, or 2–4 business days during sale periods.

Please allow an additional 1 business day for rural and some residential areas.

Once dispatched, estimated courier delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note:
Racket orders with stringing requests require an additional 3–5 business days for dispatch.
Orders with bulky items or large quantities may take longer to dispatch. For an estimated dispatch time, please contact our customer service team on 09 309 1278.
Orders containing pre-order items will be dispatched once all items in your order have arrived at our warehouse. Please check the product page for estimated delivery timeframes.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Public holidays and high-volume periods may cause slight delays to normal processing times.

What are the shipping fees?
Standard shipping: Delivery within 1-3 working days - $4.00 or free for all orders over $100.00

Does Wilson NZ offer eco-friendly delivery?

Yes, Wilson New Zealand offers eco-friendly delivery on all orders. Our free eco-friendly delivery service is designed for those who value thoughtful choices and aren’t in a rush. By avoiding air freight and using land-based transport, delivery generally takes 3–4 working days, helping to minimise emissions and take a more considered approach to getting your order to you.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
The shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. If you would like to return your order, please visit our Returns and Refunds page.
Can I cancel an order once the order has been placed?
We work hard to get all orders processed as quickly as possible, once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, you cannot cancel your order. If you need to return any items please wait until you receive the shipment and then visit our Returns and Refunds page.
Can I track my order?
Yes. In your shipping confirmation email, there is a link that leads you to tracking information. You will have to login to your account and view your order history.
Does Wilson ship to PO Box’s?
Yes we ship to PO Boxes (no parcel lockers).
Where does my order ship from?
Your order will ship from our warehouse in Auckland.
