It’s a quality training top but upon receiving it via an online purchase I have returned it. Size wise I hover between medium & large. I purchased the large and it was way too big. I’m 6 FT / 182kg I hope this helps with sizing choices if you are of similar build and looking to purchase online. I intend to purchase the medium.
